EPITAFIA was founded in 1998 in Moscow and since the very beginning all the musicians of the band were convinced in their wish to play hard & heavy stuff with Russia lyrics. In 2005 the debut album of the band “Perevernuti Mir” was released. Very soon the CD was sold out and got many positive reviews from mass media and music lovers. The leader and the bass player of the band has a lot of experience including work with Dmitry Varshavsky from BLACK COFFEE. For the work at the second studio album the band got the legendary MASTER musician Alik Granovsky involved as a co-producer, and Valeri Gaina (KRUIZ, GAINA) as well as Dmitry Varshavski (BLACK COFFEE) as guest musicians.
