ANABIOZ was born in 2003 in Russia. In 2004-2005 the band was writing its first demo songs and was forming its stable line-up. Finally, in 2006 ANABIOZ was completed with Olga (vocals and violin), Anton (vocals and guitars), Damir (guitars), Dmitry (bass) and Alexander (drums). In the very beginning the band played death doom metal but finally the musicians decided to work in doom metal genre with folk elements. The band began to participate in various festivals and events like international fest "Metal Heads Mission-7" (Ukraine, Crimea), "JF-7" (Ufa), "Metal Force-4" (Magnitogorsk) etc and also supported Rossamahaar and Аlkonost. At the end of 2007 ANABIOZ started to work at the debut album "Through Darkness". In 2008 the band signed a contract with Russian label CD-Maximum.
