Good educational background in music makes the musicians feel really free and confident playing classical versions of metal hits, finding new ideas for cover versions as well as creating their own compositions. Symfomania started its professional career in 2004 when the bandmembers were students of a musical academy. But the current name appeared only in 2008 together with the beginning of work at the debut CD, "Empire". Symfomania participated in many big musical events, such as Eurovision 2005 opening ceremony in Kiev, international musical festival Tavriyskie Igry 2005-2006, various motorshows. In the spring of 2010 Symfomania took place in the inauguration ceremony of Formula2 Grand Prix in Marocco. In the beginning of 2011 the second long-length album with symphonic versions of songs of the most famous Russian metal band ARIA saw the light of day.
