IGOR KUPRIYANOV is well known as bass guitarist, singer, author and co-author of music and lyrics of the legendary Soviet/Russian band BLACK COFFEE, the most important heavy metal act from mid 80’s. Since 1986 to 1990 he participated in the composing and in the recording of the four most important albums in the history of the band such as «Svetly Metall» (1986), Black Coffee minion (1986), «Perestupi Porog» (1987) and «Volnomu Volya» (1989). Officially released on vinyl, «Perestupi Porog» was the very first heavy album in USSR. He became the third best bass guitarist in the hit parade-1988 by Moscovsky Komsomolets the most popular newspaper at that time, especially among youngsters. In 1990 Igor left BLACK COFFEE to start his solo career recording albums, working on TV and playing football for the stars teams. IGOR KUPRIYANOV with his solo band is a frequent guest on stage of various big rock and bikers’ festivals.
