Born at the end of 1999, over these ten years NATISK has released five CDs: full-length albums «Odinoki geroi» (2002), «Nebo v ogne» (2004, CD-Maximum), «Vtoroe dykhanie» (2006, CD-Maximum) and maxi-singles «Ya vozvrastchayus’ V Moskvu» (2005) and “Tyazhelaya Noch” (2008, CD-Maximum). The band plays melodic Hard’n’Heavy in the vein of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Accept and Aria and considered to be one of the best bands in the capital of Russia. It regularly shares the stage with the best Russian acts of the whole genre like Master, Legion, Black Obelisk among others. NATISK actively plays outside Moscow and abroad including former USSR countries like Estonia, Moldavia, Ukraine as well as such countries like United Kingdom, USA, Bulgaria (where they supported the gig of legendary Deep Purple).
The first real success was reached in 2004 with their second studio album «Nebo v ogne» released by CD-Maximum in May 2004. The first song from this CD «V polneba» was included in Top-5 by the listeners of the program «Pricel» on Radio Rossii, a major rock program in Russia with nation-wide broadcasting.
In January 2005 NATISK played at the famous festival “Russian Winter” on Trafalgar Square in London in front of 80.000 audience. Next year NATISK became the only band, who took part in the festival for the second time in a row. That same year the band also participated in a big rock festival in Washington, USA.
The third studio album of the band «Vtoroe dykhanie» became the most mature and serious work of NATISK for that moment. The musicians succeeded in mixing the old good traditions of heavy metal 80’s and the modern quality sound. In the spring of 2007 the band changed its frontman, and the new one participated in the recording of the maxi-single “Tyazhelaya Noch”. |
