BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Tropoyu Krovi Po Vole Roda
Cat. №:  | 2003  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
The fourth full-length studio album of Butterfly Temple was presented to the public in 2003 in Moscow with a completely sold out show. The musicians demonstrated that they remained true to themselves having created another great and innovative work. "Tropoyu Krovi..." is featured by more solid and eclectic sound joining thrash and black metal parts with elements of progressive rock. It was the last album with the legendary vocalist Lesyar as a regular member of Butterfly Temple. The name of the album can be translated as "On A BloodRed Path...By The Will Of Rod!" (Rod is The AllFather, The Lifegiver, a supreme deity of Russian cosmogony). It's the heaviest album of Butterfly Temple.

BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Vremya Mary
Cat. №:  | 2005  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
With this album the music of Butterfly Temple seriously changed. The material became more melodic, sometimes with more folk sound. The clear male vocals are absolutely fantastic, and additional female vocals make the material more emotional. The former cult Butterfly Temple vocalist Lesyar participated in the recording as a guest vocalist. Besides him, a few other renowned musicians took part in the work at this album, among them are Manni Schmidt (GRAVE DIGGER, ex-RAGE) – solo guitars for the song Volchy Pastyr' and Oleg Mishin (CATHARSIS, MISSION) - flute. The name of the CD means 'The Times Of Mara' (Mara or Morena is slavonic goddess of death and reincarnation and the times of Mara is an age opposite to the golden one).

BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Zemlya
Cat. №:  | 2010  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
The 7th studio album of Butterfly Temple united many important guest musicians such as Lesyar (former band's vocalist, also NEVID'), Fyodor Vetrov (OMELA, VETER VODY), Sergey Sergeev (FORSAGE). According to the famous Russian metalzine Dark City this is a really matured and very well composed work, which can't be compared with any Russian or international metal act. This material doesn't fit into traditional pagan metal frames, there are many elements of various styles such as power, progressive and, of course, folk metal. Vocal parts and keyboard arrangements are the strongest parts of this album.

КАЛЕВАЛА | Ved'ma
Cat. №:  | 2010  [CD-Maximum][Folk]
The 3rd full-length album of the leading Russian pagan folk act Kalevala presents a brilliant and powerful but lyrical material which keeps the spirit and individual touch of the band that we know from its first CDs. With this record Kalevala made a big step forward effectively combining heavy metal guitar riffs with melodic bagpipe parts. At the same time, parts of accordion are really minimized here. The main vocals sound very sincerely, naturally and true without traditional for folk metal rich back vocal parts. Conceptually the album is dedicated to the long and winding Way to Home, one of sacral symbols of traditional culture such as Mother, Birth, Belief... As always, Kalevala presents a great mixture of traditional ancient Russian culture and the modern sound.

ХВАНГУР | Volei i duhom
Cat. №:  | 2010  [CD-Maximum][Black Metal]
The band released this album seven years after the previous CD, no wonder that for many metalheads it became a real surprise! It includes 7 compositions with less folk influences than before but in the same ideological direction. Mainly, one can hear experiments in the vein of modern trends which reflect the musician's vision of the co-operation of internal powers in the human nature and perception of the external world through traditional values.

BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Veles
Cat. №:  | 1999  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
The current leaders of Russian pagan metal scene Butterfly Temple worked hard playing shows and recording demos in order to begin the recording of their first official full-length album! In October 1998 the dream came true: the band entered studio to start working at its sensacional debut CD "Veles". For this album the musicians chose the name of the ancient Slavonic god in order to emphasize their connection with thousands of years of the history of their Motherland. And actually, this album became a real contribution to Russian national culture. All the compositions created by the band itself are really individual, and this material has nothing to do with any metal stuff created outside Russia. It's true Russian folk/pagan metal with interesting melodies, tons of keyboard parts and various types of the vocals.

BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Koleso Chernoboga
Cat. №:  | 2001  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
The second studio album of Butterfly Temple 'Wheel of BlackGod' continues the story started with the first CD. This is a conceptual trilogy about The Nature, God and The Man. This material reflects the Evil part of this world and it affects the musical part making it faster and heavier. The album is dedicated to our ancestors' vision of the black power of the evil and it is more mystical, professional and varied stuff than the legendary debut CD "Veles". This level is achieved as a result of the years of experience, many shows, four demos, one full-length album, and, last but not least, the confidence of the musicians defending their ideas. It's very difficult to find something similar to this music on the metal scene outside Russia.

BUTTERFLY TEMPLE | Sny Severnogo Morya
Cat. №:  | 2002  [CD-Maximum][Folk / Pagan]
The third studio album of the leaders of Russian pagan metal scene! While creating this material, the musicians actively used old Russian folk music texts, fragments of Edvard Grieg's compositions and some parts of the soundtrack for "13th Warrior" movie. "Poslednyaya Bitva Bogov" was taken from the first cult demo of the band "Kniga Velesa" (1998). A few songs from this CD such as "Solntsestoyanie" and "Sny Severnogo Morya" are still among the main concert hits of Butterfly Temple. "Sny Severnogo Morya" ('Dreams Of A Northern Sea') is a combustible mixture of raw, weird pagan/black metal riffs and traditional folk tunes, performed by Butterfly Temple and folk singer Ludmila.
