The album was produced by Sergey Terentiev (ARTERIA), former guitar player of the most successful Russian metal bands ever ARIA and KIPELOV. Guitar sound became more clean and varied ranging from Judas Priestish opening riffs of 'Vedy Vesny' to gloomy doomy harmonies of 'Tainiye Glady Navy'. Za Solntsem Vsled was also the start of the cooperation with young viola/violin maestro Fedor Vetrov (of Moscow folksy outfit VETER VODY/WaterWind) who nailed a few arrangements down. Oleg Mishin (CATHARSIS) recorded the guest parts of flute. The digibook version of the album contains the bonus track "A Child And Shaman" in English, the song is available here. |
